What kind of speed do I need?
We work with you to determine a recommended subscription speed based on your needs like email, Internet browsing, and video streaming, and we don’t recommend any more than you need!
Is there a data limit or throttling?
No! You will receive your FULL SUBSCRIPTION speed at all times regardless of the amount of data you use.
But will weather, fog, or smoke interfere with my internet signal’s stability?
No! Our service quality is unaffected by weather, fog, or smoke.
Do you need line of sight to get me a signal?
While we do need line of sight to our tower, we are also the BEST at developing innovative solutions to deliver fast, reliable Internet to every possible home.
How long does it take to install your internet service?
Our average installation time is 2 ½ to 3 hours, and we will offer you a ONE HOUR arrival window for your installation instead of those 4 to 8 hour windows you’re used to.
Where will the router be installed in my home?
We will work with you to determine optimal placement of the WiFi router to ensure proper coverage of your entire home.
Are you insured?
Yes, we are fully insured to perform installations at your home.
