My wife and I agreed that we needed to find another solution. We got a call from a neighbor saying, “there’s a new internet company in town.” Critical Links was the new company and we agreed to try them on a friend’s recommendation. Anything was better than what we had.

A few years ago, we were restricted to one internet provider. We were held hostage to prices. For several years, we put up with two or three-day responses to technical problems. We run a small business and that kind of delay impacted the business. Then the company increased our monthly rate with no improvement in speed or service. They explained it as an “equipment update” but there was no apparent difference to the user.

My wife and I agreed that we needed to find another solution. We got a call from a neighbor saying, “there’s a new internet company in town.” Critical Links was the new company and we agreed to try them on a friend’s recommendation. Anything was better than what we had.

Now six months later, I have nothing but good things to say. They have great, great customer service, the internet is faster, and it is so much cheaper.

Critical Links excels in communicating with customers. They let us know ahead of time when we might experience a change because of some maintenance or improvement they are doing. We know when and we know why. We get “nothing but the truth” from this company.

Critical Link’s first assessment of our location was that there was no clear “line of sight” between the property and their tower. I was serious about finding a different source for internet and continued to reach out to Critical Links. Dale figured out that we could “see the tower” if we put a 40 ft. antenna on our shed. We promptly did that and agreed to let Critical Links use that small tower to relay the signal to neighbors down the road in a similar jam. Neighbors helping neighbors.

Neighbors stopped by to check it out and as each signed on, Dale would visit my shop to install the needed individualized equipment with almost no impact to me or my shop. He was always professional and precise. I’m admit I’m a bit obsessed with neatness and Dale exceeds my standards in his work.
