Literally, the biggest challenge we faced in our start-up was that there was no broadband internet available. We provide services to banks all over the country and transferring files back and forth efficiently was a big, big part of being productive.We use the internet to do a lot of remote meetings in now. In hindsight, it would have been impossible to do the work we do with the travel restrictions we’ve all been operating under in 2020.Customer service is exemplary. Now we have our own internet IT service which is guiding us as our company grows.
