I am glad that we have a local company that has great internet and customer service. I like that I get emails that let me know when they will be doing maintenance and repairs so I can plan accordingly.
We have a cattle farm, but we don’t raise standard size cattle. We, along with some friends and business partners, have been developing a breed that we call Wastani. They are a smaller breed. Meaning they range from 37″ to 52″ at the hip. We moved into this area around six years ago. We are not new to the hardship of quality internet in rural communities. I have lived in the country all my life and getting good internet has always been a struggle. We used heavily marketed satellite service provider, which was fast and reliable, but with the data caps and limits it basically sucked. lol Before we switched to Critical Links, we tried another company that specialized in solving “rural” internet problems. We switched to them because they were all that was available, but I was continually having issues. Some days it just wouldn’t work or the speed was below what I was paying for. I had a whole month where they couldn’t figure out what was wrong and they never offered to reduce my bill. It ended up being a part of the tower being replaced.
I found Critical Links when I saw a sign in a yard while I was heading to town. I thought surely this has to be better and it is by far! I contacted them and they came out to see if their internet was available at my house. It was and at a much better price for a better internet package. The installation was smooth and easy. They had to come out and adjust my receiver once to dial in my signal better, but that was also fast. I am glad that we have a local company that has great internet and customer service. We do use the internet for our farm, Short Spade Ranch, and I sell stuff online as well, but honestly it gets used the most for online gaming and steaming services. I do all our website and graphic design work, so it is nice to have reliable internet that I can keep everything up to date with for our farm and various other things.ta
